Leadership & Management

Michael Wod-Awat Olworo

Founder & Executive Director

Michael is the visionary founder of NA4D and provides overall strategic leadership and direction for the organisation. With a strong commitment to holistic human development, he oversees programme implementation, partnerships, and organisational growth while ensuring alignment with NA4D’s mission, values, and Constitution. His leadership is grounded in service, accountability, and community empowerment.

Anna Achiro

Programme Manager

Anna leads the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of NA4D’s programmes. She works closely with communities and partners to ensure projects are relevant, impactful, and sustainable. Her role includes proposal development, reporting, and quality assurance across all programme areas.

Alex Olweny

Administration & Finance Manager

Alex is responsible for financial management, administration, and compliance. As the Accounting Officer, he ensures prudent use of resources, accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and adherence to accountability standards. He also deputises the Executive Director when required.

Vincent Kilama

Mobiliser / Information & Public Relations Manager

Vincent leads community mobilisation, partnerships, and external relations. He is responsible for networking, public engagement, communication, and information sharing with stakeholders, ensuring NA4D remains visible, credible, and well-connected.

Margaret Acayo

Women, Youth & Children Programme Manager

Margaret coordinates programmes focused on women, youth, children, and adolescents. Her work integrates social, spiritual, and leadership development through outreach, counselling, training, and advocacy. She also supports grant development and reporting for gender- and youth-focused initiatives.

Richard Burton Oketa

Community Contact Manager

Richard serves as the vital link between NA4D and the communities it serves. He supports grassroots engagement, beneficiary coordination, feedback collection, and local-level mobilisation to ensure programmes remain community-owned and responsive.

NA4D is guided by a Board of Directors that provides strategic oversight, governance, and fiduciary responsibility in line with the Constitution.
