Our Founding Story

NA4D was founded by Michael Wod-Awat Olworo and a group of passionate community leaders who recognized the urgent need for integrated, sustainable development in post-conflict Northern Uganda. Inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Uganda’s national development plans, we established NA4D in 2022 to bridge the gap between community needs and available resources.

Our Inspiration

We are motivated by the belief that every individual has the right to full human development. Our work is aligned with:
